All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid, clean driver's license held for at least two years. Standard driver's licenses (Class C) are perfectly fine; no special commercial licenses are required to drive our vintage campers.

We love furry copilots! Pets are welcome in Daisy and Bluebird with a flat $50 cleaning fee. To protect the wood surfaces and retro upholstery, we ask that you bring blankets to cover seating areas and keep pets off the beds when muddy. Rusty is currently our pet-free van for passengers with allergies.

Every rental includes:

• Fresh linen sheets, organic down pillows, and warm wool quilts.
• Plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and dining utensils for the sleeping capacity.
• 2 frying pans, 1 boiling pot, spatula, cutting board, and basic cooking knives.
• Aeropress coffee maker with local coffee grounds, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
• Two folding camp chairs and a vintage Coleman insulated cooler.

Your safety and peace of mind are our priority. Every rental includes comprehensive vintage vehicle coverage and 24/7 dedicated roadside assistance (1-800-VINT-VAN). If a minor mechanical issue arises, we pay for local mobile mechanics. If it requires overnight workshop repairs, we cover local hotel rooms or deliver a backup van immediately.

We offer a full refund (minus 3% processing fees) for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to your trip start date. Cancellations made between 14 and 4 days prior receive a 50% reservation credit for future road trips. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.

Driving a vintage vehicle is a fun, slowing-down experience! Daisy and Rusty have manual transmissions, while Bluebird has an automatic gearbox. During pickup, our team runs a comprehensive 45-minute hands-on orientation walk to teach you how to start the engine, steer, change gears, hook up solar batteries, and pop the roof. Most drivers adapt within the first 10 minutes of highway driving.
